No, you should always do your gnawing during the ironing. That way, if the food cools down while you're working away at de-creasing, you can use the heated surface of the iron as a hotplate, with the nicely ironed linens handy for de-greasing.

Depends what color the clothes are. Whites wouldn't be a good idea but you might not even notice on colors. I'm impressed that you're even folding to begin with.

ive got 2 baskets full of clothes to b folded, if you fold them u can do it with your saucy fingers, it wouldnt bother me, as long as u folded!
