A man feared his wife was not hearing as well as she
used to, she might need a hearing aid.

Not quite sure how to approach her, he called the family
Dr. to discuss the problem.

The Dr. told him there was a simple informal test the
husband could do, to give the Dr. a better idea about
her hearing loss.

The Dr. said ...
"Stand about 40 feet away from her and in a normal
conversational voice see if she hears you.
If not, go to 30, then 20 feet and so on until you get
a response."

That evening, his wife is in the kitchen cooking dinner,
and he was in the den. He decides he's about 40 feet
away. Let's see what happens.

In a normal tone he asks ...
"Honey, what's for dinner?"
No response.

He moves to within 30 feet.
"Honey, what's for dinner?"
Still no response.

Next he moves into the dining room where he's about
20 feet from his wife ...
"Honey, what's for dinner?"
Again, no response.

He walks to the kitchen door, about 10 feet, and asks .
"Honey, what's for dinner?"
No response.

He walks into the kitchen and stands right behind her ,,.
"Honey, what's for dinner?"

(I just love this ...)

"Earl, for the 5th. time, CHICKEN!"

I am making a slideshow of photos from this year (I'm in High School) and I need ideas for songs. Preferably funny songs, but school appropiate. So far I have Saftey Dance and I'm using photos of kids dancing. Also the songs have to have somewhat something with the photos which are basically friends hanging out.

I havent patended this yet so no one better steal it. OK, you know the evacuation seats on jets, what if they put those in helicopters just in case theyre falling or some thing? Wouldnt that be a great invention? What do you think?

between boys & girls, he argues that boys are inherently better and she that girls are. The subject, of course, spills over into the personal realm, so that the real issue is which of the two children is superior.

Finally, the boy drops his pants and says, "Here's something I have that you'll never have!"

The little girl is pretty upset by this, since it is quite clearly true. She turns and runs all the way home.

A while later, she comes running back with a smile on her face.

She drops her pants, and says, "My mommy says that with one of these, I can have as many of those as I want!"
