I'm sure you've seen quite a few on here that don't know what they're talking about when they answer certain questions, and that's bad enough. I know, some people just don't care how they answer -and some are just out for the two points. But it really cracks me up when I get a "thumbs down" rating (or see one) for a good answer from somebody that doesn't know what the heck they're talking about. What do you think about this behaviour? Has this happened to you?
