Yes I always lock my doors at night. I come from Toronto where you would be insane not to, and then I live din a tiny town where people said you didn't have to....well we did and then some drunk guy tried to break into our house. He was pounding on the door, swearing and threatening us. It took the cops a while to get there, as they had to come from a different town, but all was well in the end...but I ALWAYS lock my doors.

Most people in Canada do not lock their doors, except in some large cities. Most people in the U.S. do lock their doors, even in rural areas. Hmmmm, I wonder if there is a difference in the crime levels in those two countries?
Oh and yes i do lock the door.

Double locked at night-
Even lock them just to go outside away from the house for a few minutes- Never hurts to be double-extra safe. Even got them on the windows..Just so they can be open a few inches..Not a safe area any more.

Yep, I have to. Such is life in this so called big city. And I live in a secure builiding too. I didn't use to lock my doors when I lived in the country though.

Yes I always lock them at night time. You never know what psycho might be out on the prowl.

I have had a strange character attack me in my own house
she was brutal
really
so I keep them locked now
not that I did not enjoy myself, but I don't want to go through that again
or at least it should be on my terms....
