I made one sauce with eggplant, the other "bolognese style" and the "meatballs" are almost ready...You are all invited btw!!

I use the del monte diced, spiced tomatoes with some chopped meat. Yummy.
Be there in 5 minutes. I love meatballs.

I would prefer the bolognese - we had spaghetti bolognese for our evening meal earlier.

It probably will sound gross, but I eat my spaghetti with butter, sugar, and Parmesan cheese. I don't like sauce...icky!
But, I like Skyline Chili with Spaghetti.

My own homemade sauce , sometimes I use sausage meat instead of hamburger.
