1st song is sang by a black man and i remember some lyrics
it goes " i hear a couple fighting right next door....."
" its because of me, its because of me" " she is such a strong pursueder"

2nd songs is sang by a goup i think late 80s
there is a fantastic electric guitar solo in it.
some lyrics are " leading me on, bringing me down

i know its not much but , all hints are welcome

i vaguely remember this from the trailer from years ago.

there were either terrorists or robbers involved, holding some people on a snowy mountaintop. i believe there were ski scenes of them trying to escape. there was a helicopter in the trailer.

definitely an action film--didn't stay at theaters too long (which is why i missed it). it didn't seem to be a major studio effort but looked action-filled which is why i can't get it out of my mind.

any help?
