Hey I live in US and I know Johar made this movie with "Americans" in mind but no one here liked it all that much (Thank God). So what about in India? Did people enjoy it...did it go well or were critcs and public upset, disappointed by it? I hope ppl didn't like it...I don't like that overly acted exaggerated story. I think those who want to add western blend to thier movies should actual live in one of the western countires instaed of assuming!!

OPRAH - Have you noticed this about her?

I have noticed that with most the guests oprah has on her show, she always tries to be better than them... for example:

There was a famous basketballer (can't remember his name)aged about 20. He had grown up extremely poor.
Oprah asked him "I heard that you bought your mom a (really expensive) car, with your first big paycheck", he answered "Yes I did".
So Oprah says "Oh, well when I got my first paycheck I retired my mom and bought her a house"... (Something along those lines)

That's just one example, but I've noticed she does it an awful lot... that's why I don't watch her show anymore.

She always seems to try and be better than anyone that appears on her show.

Has anyone else noticed that?

Researching a story and need some input.?

Suppose a group of people -- researchers or students or frat boys -- ran across a piece of information/artifact/person that after they all realized what it meant -- they all decided the planet would be better off if they were all dead and worked out a plan to ensure their own destruction.

Basically, my question is: what would that information/artifact/person be who would push a group of otherwise rational people to suicide?

Has anyone here ever had someone email them because your avatar looked similar (not exactly) to theirs?

Someone actually emailed me and seemed to think it was odd that our avatars looked similar. (I could pick out at least 4 differences.) I almost got the impression that they were accusing me of copying theirs. You know, there are only so many faces and hairstyles to choose from. Besides, I'm here for the questions and answers...the avatar is an afterthought. Is it just me, or has anyone else had this experience?

How do you want to be executed.........?

A French, A German and Pole are to be excecuted. They are given a choice as to how it is carried out: Guiotinne, gas chamber or AIDS.
The French says "We French invented the Guiotinne; a true French hero should die by it"
And he does.
The German says" We Germans are masters of the gas chamber" To die by it would be a tribute to Der Rheinlan!
And it was.
The Pole chooses AIDS.
The excecutioners INJECT him with an infected syringe and the Pole starts laughing.
The excecutioners ask, "Why are you laughing, death by AIDS is slow, painfull and humiliating?!"
The Pole laughs "The jokes on you, I was wearing a condom!"

I'm looking for 2 obscure videos...?

One is called Safety Kids I think.It's an anti-drug tape from either the 80s or early 90s,and there was an animated frog in it.The other is called The Rotten Truth,and it was about telling kids not to pollute,litter,waste,etc.There was a song on it that went something like,"What does your garbage say,what does your garbage say?It tells alot about you...and what you throw away."There was also a scene where the girl on there who was like a host and this magician guy were crushing cans.Does anyone know what I'm talking about,and could you tell me where I can get these?
