I always have trouble figuring out what to read on the mangavolume website ^_^;
I like romantic comedies, comedies, magical girl (a few mangas I enjoy are Dr.Slump, Yotsuba&!, Cardcaptor Sakura, Fruits Basket, Doll, Tokyo Mew Mew, Nana, Absolute Boyfriend, ect.)

Sooooo.... give me a few titles to read... the choice is so dizzying X3

I know that Black Sabbath is probably the most important band that shaped/created heavy metal as we know it today, but I think that they've been put on a 'pedestal,' much like Jimi Hendrix.

For example, Satriani, Vai, Johnson, Malmsteen, or Petrucci could run Hendrix into the ground.

When it comes to heavy metal, I prefer Judas Priest and Iron Maiden to Black Sabbath. I know all three bands are important, but I can't understand why people automatically think Black Sabbath are the best metal band that ever lived. I'd take Judas Priest - I don't care who came first.

Besides, I like most of Ozzy's solo work (with Rhoads) more than his time in Sabbath.

Any opinions?

i personally think she is very good at acting but the singing needs to be worked on just a little bit . i say she is good at acting because she is 21 and can act like a 15 yr old . thats talent ! but the singing needs to be worked on because she has a tendancy of singing through her nose . but i asked because i wanted to know your point of view . so tell me what you think !!

My friend was telling me about this new song out and some of the lyrics are something like 'Does he feel cool pushing you around'..or 'Does he feel cool when he pushes you around...' Something like that.. She says its by a punk bad.. Like The Fall Out Boys or All-American Rejects? HELP?! Thanks in advance!!

Ethel in the Nursing Home

Ethel was a bit of a demon in her wheelchair, and loved to charge around the nursing home, taking corners on one wheel and getting up to maximum speed on the long corridors.

Because the poor woman was one sandwich short of a picnic the other residents tolerated her and some of them actually joined in.

One day Ethel was speeding up one corridor when a door opened and Kooky Clarence stepped out with his arm outstretched. "STOP!," he shouted in a firm voice. "Have you got a license for that thing?" Ethel fished around in her handbag and pulled out a Kit Kat wrapper and held it up to him. "OK" he said, and away Ethel sped down the hall.

As she took the corner near the TV lounge on one wheel, weird Harold popped out in front of her and shouted "STOP! Have you got proof of insurance?" Ethel dug into her handbag, pulled out a drink coaster and held it up to him. Harold nodded and said "On your way, Ma'am."

As Ethel neared the final corridor, Crazy Craig stepped out in front of her, Butt- Naked, and holding his "You-Know- What" in his hand.

Mine would be my mom. We grew apart when we lived together because we just couldn't get along. Me being the typical rebellious teenager that I was. Now I'm married, live 2 hours away and I just cannot get enough of her. We talk everyday, online or on the phone. I love my mom. She is so inspiring to put up with me after all we've been through. Is there anyone like that with you?
