There's a compilation called "Sh*te'n'Onions" that's a bunch of Celtic punk... Celtic Soul used to be on MP3.com a few years ago and that was really upbeat... also The Buccaneers, but they're more folk rock than Celtic per se.
The Cranberries is rather obvious, but I don't know if they'd qualify... Dropkick Murphy's is more punk, as well as The Real McKenzie's. Some of Mike Ness's solo stuff and Social Distortion also sounded like Irish-punk. Oh, and before I forget, Flogging Molly.

I don't listen to Celtic rock music, but I do listen to radio online at live365.com They have literally thousands of radio stations that you can listen to for free and also search music genres. I searched for Celtic rock, and got a few returns:

super massive Sea certainly, additionally supply Spirit of the West a attempt..... fantastically their music "homestead for a relax". Its no longer rock, yet once you're feeling old college, you won't be in a position to conquer "bounce around" by using homestead of discomfort.
