This is really beginning to annoy me. I swear it was a character in a kids television show, but the only things I can find include a foreign cartoon that I don't recognise and someone from the Smurfs which also isn't what I'm thinking off. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

She has sung a few songs ive heard, i think its from the 80s, and she has a very high pitched voice. The words to one song ive heard go something like

Round and around and around,,unbelievable. oh yea your amazing, we think you are really cool.

She also does another really well know know song. any help would be great, as ive always wanted to know

So everybody has heard Eddie Van Halen went to rehab right!? They are getting inducted into the rock n' roll hall of fame in a few weeks and I'm wondering if he can leave rehab to go or not!?
