Reggae music is made for dancing...they do the lover's rock...you can 2 step to anything and throw your hands up...Roots Reggae is more concious minded...so you're supposed to listen more...Dancehall like Sean Paul, Elephant Man, and Beenie Man...is all about movement..they have native jamaican dances like the Bogle, Poppyseed, and Pon Di River but what the females do to it in jamaica, New York, Miami, New York, or Philly is similar to exotic dancers ina gentlemen's club...they touch their ankles and toes...shake their assets like Eskimos...I've seen chicks do handstands and everything else you can imagine

Yes. It's a unique looking style, most suited to dancing in sand as you pick your feet up to the down beat, opposite of most other dance music. The step is called shagging.

Are you serious? Of course it's not! But ..if you were content to dance to U2..You could change..to..."Lively Up Yourself" by Bob Marley& The Wailers Live at the Lyceum concert in London 74 or75...I like that one real well..you can get your body on with that thing..and Dig It! Then..Progress! Easy!
