even though you mean physical strength, she is also strong in so many other ways. She has been through a lot of torment and some pretty hard times, but she still goes on and is an amazing woman.

A-ko from Project A-ko. The can lift giant robots and fling them and that is if she is wearing her arm bands that constrict her strength. Not to mention she is only in high school, now that's impressive by any standard.

I can't think of women, but I can think of a woman. That would be Tsunade from Naruto because she's the 5th hokage and she's really strong.
