I recently took my 7 yr old son to our local dollar store to get a cartoon on dvd. The store was very busy so I rushed him a bit to choose one. He picked one that looked really cool by the cover. When we got home the first scene was of naked anime women. I immediatly looked on the case of the dvd. In very small type it did say nudity --my question is can I hold my dollar store liable for putting cartoons containing nudity on the same shelf with disney and pokemon cartoons. I do realize i should have checked the box over more carefully, but I never thought of nudity in cartoons like that. Please help me with this matter.
