The TV and the Computer is very important part of my life becuase it helps keep me informed about the world and helps my eduaction as well. Without the TV and Computer, non of us will be chatting and that would be dull.
If there wasn't the TV and Computer, nothing would run smoothly.

I would say at the moment I couldn't be without them as I am currently temporarily housebound due to an operation on both feet (until my partner gets home from work and we go to the pub) and I would be so bored without TV or internet. There are only so many magazine competitions that I can do!

Apart from football and wildlife programmes the TV is pretty crap. Even the satellite channels are mostly repeats of repeats. Nope, I hardly watch TV these days.

not at all, they cover couple of minutes of boredom for me, i would be quit happy without both these items. i don't understand people who sit at computer for hours and TV for even longer it seems very sad to me. I'm not a tree hugger but I'm far happier doing more worldly things

Yes. PC for communication, ongoing learning and work. TV for relaxation, information of current events, sports etc.

They are important to me as they fill in a couple of bored hours every night. But if they disappeared tommorrow I'd be absolutely fine with it - just not so lazy.

Yes, probably more so the computer - use it for research, keeping in touch with friends, and just plain entertainment!
