If I'm to understand it they've been on non-speaking terms nor have they seen each other in years. So, on what terms other than giving birth does she have the right to take her body? Will she also fight to move Daniel's too so that he can be by his mother? Bet not he isn't worth any $$ signs poor thing. If the judge can't see through her than he's a fool.
