I want to know why Gwen and Maddy killed Adam? And why they burried him???

Maddy hit him over the head and they got scared thinking they killed him they buried him.

apparrently, Adam attacked Gwen and Maddy hit him over the head. I guess they panicked and did the stupid thing and buried him instead of calling the police. Hello! self-defense is a great defense until you cover up the murder!
