If I'm to understand it they've been on non-speaking terms nor have they seen each other in years. So, on what terms other than giving birth does she have the right to take her body? Will she also fight to move Daniel's too so that he can be by his mother? Bet not he isn't worth any $$ signs poor thing. If the judge can't see through her than he's a fool. Plus am I the only one who thinks H.Stern is not telling the truth on the paternity of that poor baby girl?

LOL The same freedom you have to be an idiot ...sorry. I am a mother and I would not take my daughter away from her child or wishes of where to be buried no mater what I want. This woman could place a memorial stone instead of causeing all this grief.

Starlight, you're so right on with this question! What gives this pig the right to disrupt Anna's wishes? Did you see Court T.V. this morning? They had an interview with Anna on ET. Anna said that her mother used to beat her, and allowed one of her boyfriends, and his son to rape Anna. Anna also says that her mother would go on Larry King every chance she got to bad mouth Anna, and would call, leave messages, wanting money, proclaiming, "You owe me!" She's a pig, and I hope the judge sees right through her. She's hoping to get her paws on little Danny Lynn, because she knows that Danny Lynn will be rich some day. I don't really think Howard is the baby's dad, but I think the baby will be better off with him. Burkhead is as low as Anna's mom. He only wants the baby for the money. Shame on them all! Howard isn't perfect, but I do believe that he loved Anna, and she loved, and trusted him.
Dana Tanna, She did indeed buy those plots. It came out in court this morning that she bought them, and had her bank authorize payment. Get your story straight before you spout your mouth off.

Technically by law, whether they were on speaking terms or not, her mother is next of kin over all other relatives and is to determine what happens to her body and the baby if the true paternity does not lie within either of the men that have come forward. If she had left a valid, registered, recorded will that stated otherwise or had actually married Stern or registered with him as a domestic partner, it wouldn't be an issue. If her mother truly loved her, she would set aside her selfish wishes and send her daughter's body to the Bahamas to be buried next to her son in the plot she bought. Her intent was there and that's the only way her soul will have true peace.
As far as Daniel's body, Anna Nicole was the determiner of that because she was his next of kin over all other relatives. His body should not be disturbed unless new evidence came into light that called for the body to be exhumed.
Honestly, the only one I believe is in this truly for the baby's sake is Birkhead. Anyone who knows anything about this whole mess knows there's no real money or valuables to gain from Anna Nicole's death.
Takes notes people: have a will and or trust drawn up while you are living to keep this from happening to you.

I will not even begin to guess on the paternity of the baby, as I did not follow Anna Nicole's life closely. As to what right does her mother have? None really--she can try all she wants, but unless she had legal guardianship of Anna after adulthood, the mother has no rights. She has wants, and from what I see, her wants are money based, which is just wrong to me. Anna Nicole may not have lead the perfect life, but I do not think she deserves this in death.

Anna bought a plot next to Daniel for a reason, to be buried next to him! Her mom, (in accordance to Anna) grow to be abusive and advise to her and Anna did no longer choose something to do together with her. i think of $$$ is the actual reason of Virlie desiring Anna's physique in Texas, and NO she shouldn't win her attraction.

Anna wasn't on good terms with her b/c her mom's a psycho.I'm sure the judge sees this,the whole world can see how "sorry" this woman is.I'm also coming to believe that he may have been the cause to both Anna's and her son's death.He's got that creepy ,looks like a pedophile thing goin for him and that babies too cute to be his.

No you are not alone. H Stern is lying about the paternity. We all know Daniel was the father which is why Anna Nicole faught so hard on the DNA testing.

I don't get why she is so against Anna being buried next to her son, and like you said she was estranged from Anna.
I don't get how you could not want your daughter buried with her son, it just seems sick to me.
She is definitely doing this just to be on TV...
