I wouldn't but I do remember a guy naked from the waist down pulling up next to me when I was driving truck and waving other thing at me.

This never happened to me before. I most likely wouldn't pull over a guy for his number. I would rather concentrate on the road before I caused a major car accident.

Hell NO, I would not pull over and it sort of has happened to me I just turned 14 but I guess by judging what people say and by the way they act, I look like I'm around 18 it's actually kinda freaky, but y the hell would you pull over if you don't know them, they mite trry to assult or mullest you or something.
