I am working on a script and in my mind I want to create an epic action hero with cult classic undertones synonomous with Pulp Fiction, Indiana Jones. The character is male and of an older age (young enough to be Hollywood star) say about 40 - 45. i.e I want him to really feel the pain when he gets hit, falls etc instead of a spring chicken.

The plot outline is a slightly more modern world. Crime is rotting the city our plot centres in. This crime is neither explained nor justified and only offers a setting. The police are moving through the city and although they resembles any average LA cop they move with Terminator precision. They are strong and powerful (is it too much like Matrix?) this is attributed to their training and not any software program. Our heroes situation involves him with local gangs and of course he beats them. He is fallible and is wounded often. Meanwhile the cops contiue to eradicate crime as well as the few innocent amongs the poverty ridden favelas

What do you think of the direction the show is taking? It seems to all point to the fact that everyone has a role, you can't change your fate, and that the "button" has to do with saving the world...or at least that was what I got from last night's show...where do you think this is all going? Do you think the show will be finished for good this season too?

A newlywed couple just moved into their new house. One day the husband comes home from work & his wife says, "Honey, you know, in the upstairs bathroom one of the pipes is leaking, could you fix it?"

The husband just looked at his wife and said, "What do I look like, Mr.Plumber?”

A few days went by & he comes home from work and again his wife asks for a favour, "Honey, the car won't start, I think that it needs a new battery. Could you change it for me?"

"What do I look like, Mr.Goodwrench?" was his response.

Another couple of weeks go by & it's raining pretty hard. His wife then finds a leak in the roof. She pleads with him as he's walking through the door. "Honey, there's a leak on the roof! Can you please fix it?"

He just looked at her and said "Do I look like, Bob the Builder?" & sat down with a beer.

Then One weekend the husband woke up, it was raining pretty hard, but the leak on the roof was gone!

I was supposed to leave out of town on a Greyhound by 7 AM. Because of the sleep meds I take, I didn't hear my alarm clock, so @ 5:25 AM, I sprung out of bed & rushed out of the door with my luggage, & then I waited for the bus for 30 min. & buses kept passing us up in this snowy weather in NYC in Brooklyn, & I accidentally cut my hand twice. Then, I tripped & fell in the 2 1/2 ft. pile of snow & people were looking @ me like stupid & laughing. Then a couple was arguing on the train, & the police was involved, & that held me up. I would've been on time if that couple wouldn't have been arguing & held us up. I missed my New Orleans-bound bus @ 7 AM, & now I gotta wait until 9:15 PM tonight, & the boxes I have, the employees lied to me saying I can check them for free, but now I have to pay $20 for Express shipping because it's not a suitcase, & the manager was being a jerk. What's gonna happen next? Am I gonna fall down the escalator?
