What do you think of the direction the show is taking? It seems to all point to the fact that everyone has a role, you can't change your fate, and that the "button" has to do with saving the world...or at least that was what I got from last night's show...where do you think this is all going? Do you think the show will be finished for good this season too?

Well glad to know there's still more to come...I'm not that thrilled with this season so far either...but maybe it's just a transitional thing and will pick up again.
I felt for Desmond, as it was sad they told him he greatest thing he ever did with his life was push that button...and you missed his letting his girlfriend go...you should really watch that...hope he gets it right "next time!" :~)

Hmmm.... So the world is going to end?? I didn't really like last night. I fell asleep so I just watched the end this morning on abc.com. I didn't follow Desmonds psycho journey back in time or whatever that was. I was upset when I first thought Claire was going to die, but Charlie I'm ok with. He's annoying. And anyway, the average lifespan of a rock star is 36 yrs, so it fits.
I was happy to see some of the old regulars this episode though. Last week I was a bit bummed that we only saw the 3 after the long absense. When Hurley first came on and said "Dude" it brought a smile to my face.
