Do you think making my kids eat a can of mixed Veggies is a good punishment?

I can't ground them, cause i am the only parent in the home right now. and i have to take them where ever i take the other 2. I have NEVER and will NEVER hit them (although i am tempted sometimes) and sending them to their room is like sending them to Toys R Us.

Where do you find extremely good music?

I feel in love with everything 97x. I was so into the whole alternative rock thing. I got into Nirvana, muse, my chemical romance, smahing pumpkins, and the offspring. It was like I needed to hear it to get through the day, like I was addicted to it. I needed something different. Then I was lost in the 70's and 80's. That brought in Led Zeppelin, Def leppard, and David Bowie.
I think I just need to hear some stuff and see if I love it or hate it. But where do I find this stuff? I just need a song with some awesome lyrics. Does anyone have any suggestions?
