Entertainment & Music - 11 November 2006

The story is about a group of people on a spaceship that are talking to a small boy who's lost, alone on a planet. The boy is named Peel and thinks that the voices he hears are Mike (which is his microphone) and doesn't realise they are people. There's a strange creature that trys to steal his Mike. He's told by an old guy with a banjo and a metal plate in his head to eat the fruit from the trees that looks like strawberries. Also in the film one of Mikes voices (characters) is a woman and another is her twin brother. Also there are two little aliens that burst out of a flower and joined the crew...they were telepathic. Near the end of the film the twin brother sacrifices himself when they're captured on a planet inhabited by what look like identical faceless angels. These are vague memories but I desperately want to find this again...if you can help?

A woman walks into a supermarket, and notices a male customer whose zipper is undone. The woman kindly says" excuse me sir,but your barracks doors are open".
Not having a clue what the woman was talking about he continued shopping. A few moments later another customer approached the man and explained that his zipper was undone. The man zipped up and continued his shopping. At the checkout he ran
into the woman who originally informed him of his zipper.He decides to play into her unusual comment; "excuse me maam, when you noticed my barracks door was open, did you happen to see a soldier standing at full attention?"

personally, i think that MCR sucks. A lot. they pley the same type of music and tempo and beat, and they are also pop rock which i think is a nnoying. AFI is my favorite band. So who do you guys think?
