We have DirectTV system. The other day, we got a different TV and hooked it up. It works fine. However, we have another TV in the kitchen that doesn't have a reciever, we just watch whatever is on, on the other TV. It has to be on, if we want to watch the kitchen TV. The problem is, the TV in the kitchen only has snow now. (. I called DirectTV and they tried to figure out the problem but couldn't. The splitter is outside and is intact. Nothing was ever done to the kitchen TV. Any idea what the problem could be? DirectTV will come out for a charge...since they did not do the unpluging...we did, cause we didn't think there would be any problem. The new TV has stereo...the old one didn't. Maybe that makes a difference?? We have it on channel 3 like we suppose to...still nothin!

Okay...for some reason my question referencing America's Top Model and eating disorders was removed. Yet... I see questions that a far more controversial, racist, and sexually based all the times? What gives? Is there an appeals process?

I thought this board was about the free exchange of ideas and discussion. I guess next time I will form my question in a more "exceptable manner".

And if you don't know that a question is objectionable, should you really lose 10 points? Should you not get a chance to remove your question or rephrase?

ok i have a few:
1)this song is sung by a woman in an Intell Core Duo commercial (or something like that) and a girl is dancing to it. it goes something like "i can give you what you want, i can make your heart beat sure"
2)this is also from a commercial but i have no idea what one. i think its by a guy: "ive never seen you look like this without a reason. aonther...... another season passes by and.... in a big country, dreams stay with you"
3)ok this is an old song "no matter how they toss the dice, it had to be. the only one for you is me, and me for you. so happy together! i cant see me lovin nobody but you, for all my life"
4)also old "im just a love machine"

I was recomended by a friend to ALWAYS download music from the net at 320 bit rate (CD quality) because it was the best (and most expensive).

Can your ear, on a normal stereo system, percieve the difference or does it really make a difference?
