First of all, I attended the Beatles very first American concert!! I still have the ticket stub, program and a few pictures I took when I wasn't having a conniption!Feb. 1964,Washington Coliseum. I was 15. I sat in a $4 seat....FOURTH ROW!!!!!! I screamed my guts out. John was always my favorite until he changed so much when he fell in love with Yoko.
One of my favorite songs is "If I Fell.," It is romantic and precious. John sings a very difficult harmony. Try doing it...it is almost impossible. My favorite album is the first one..."Meet The Beatles." The music is fresh,lively,innocent and pure Beatle harmony...."I Want To Hold Your Hand" made me scream just listening to the record!
I also love the harmony on "This Boy."....it is very special.
Okay, here is my gift to you. A clip of the concert I saw...and BELIEVE me...the music was turned way up and the crowd noise WAY down for this clip. We never heard a sound!! Near the end, when John stomps his feet and goes goofy.....well, that's the moment I went insane. I was there, baby.

Every album, every song - except "Yellow Submarine", which just sux. Every member, but especially Paul, who made me cry with longing when I first saw him, standing there (harhar) on the Ed Sullivan Show.
Why? This question can only be asked if this band did not help to shape your life, and still, to this day, make you smile every time one of their songs is on the radio.
There is no "why". It just IS.

Hey Jude, and Here Comes the Sun are aawwwwsome! They were huge, and I don't think anyone's ever going to make it that big again. I also like Yellow Submarine. lol That's Right! They wrote that one to!

my favorite songs are strawberry feilds and elenor rigby! love the beatles!!!!!!
