Judging by the potrayal in Bill and Ted's Bogus Journey the Reaper seems like a pretty cool guy. So... no I don't fear him.

I am not frightened of dying, anytime will do I don't mind, I'm only here till I die, I have run the gauntlet of youthful invincibility's, now my journey is to see if I can die of old age, or maybe a disease will kill me, maybe I might be murderd, the reaper can take me anytime he likes, I dont have a say in it.
Excepting your own destiny clears the mind from fear.
