It is a poem about a machine that breaks down in a factory, and they tear it apart till they find the little cog that was broken,,
meanwhile a man who worked there a long time was not working well that day and they fired him no questions asked, and it was said if they had bothered to look into it, they would have seen the personal problems he was having, (ill wife I think, and some others)

Im 19 and for the past 2 yrs the best thing goin 4 me has been my looks, i use them all the time 2 get stuff from men, like money and gifts, but I keep worrying 24/7 that something is going to happen to me and im going to lose my looks before my time, like i'll get cancer and lose my awesome rack, or get in a fire and have it ruin my pretty face and skin, it drives me crazy!, how can I stop this thinking?
