Okay...first of all opinion for what? Well I would ask nicely like "May I please ask your opinion?" and if you said no then I would say "okay" but if you said yes I would listen to your opinion with full attention, then I would tell you if I agree with it or not, either way I would say thank you. Does that cover it?
