some movies I guess. I loved Eternal Sunshine etc., but it was a little wierd but I felt for the two of them.

the funny romantic they may, but some will watch them just to please u to date u. most want to watch action movies . some really do like romantic movies.. depends on the guy, and the movie..

yeah- especially if it increases the chances of getting some action afterword... the only "romantic" movie i have enjoyed is tiantic- and that was a bit much. I like porn, does that count

Depends. I think there's a line between 'romance' and 'chick-flick'. I like Rocky and Annie Hall, but I wouldn't give Two Weeks Notice or My Best Friends Wedding the time of day.

My husband says that he likes romantic movies because he says if he watches a sappy movie with me he knows he's gonna get laid!

My late-husband's all-time favorite movie was "Pretty Woman", I even threatened to break his DVD one time. And he was one of the manliest body-building he-men I have ever known. He and my son both like romantic COMEDIES, and definitely prefer the comic to the gushy!

Yeah if they think they might get some action.
But if you see 6 dudes drinking beer and watching something like...oh I can't even think of any titles right now, you may have stepped into an alternate reality.

Yes, most of them do. Say like Ghost or something, which was great. But as far as Titanic, forget it. It was one of the worst movies ever.
