looking for a poem, unsure of the title?

Question

It is a poem about a machine that breaks down in a factory, and they tear it apart till they find the little cog that was broken,,
meanwhile a man who worked there a long time was not working well that day and they fired him no questions asked, and it was said if they had bothered to look into it, they would have seen the personal problems he was having, (ill wife I think, and some others)
if you know this poem's title, or better yet have a copy, I would greatly appreciate it!
