Three weeks ago, I told my boss that I'm quitting and I'm giving him a three weeks notice (if you are wondering why three weeks, it's because I'm somewhat related to my boss). I told him he needs to find a replacement for my position and that I need to train him or her. Well, two weeks go by and no replacement yet. Four days ago, I went to him and asked him "what's going on" (basically, where's my replacement). He replies "I don't know". I said "That's not the answer I'm looking for". Finally, a day ago, he brings in this guy who I think will do. Today, he pulls me aside and asks me if I think this guy will be ready on Monday (by the way, this Friday is my last day, in case you are wondering) to do the job himself. And he also said if he's not ready, can I help him a Monday.
Now, do you think that's bull****, because I believe it is. I told him today that my last day is Friday. I have to look after myself, not his company.
Give me some feedback. I'm curious.

I am not really into all the points and levels here. they changed it finally and made Plus Sizes.... none of the outfits are anything i like, but hopefully they'll make new ones.... but nobody will see it cuz I use a 360, which is WAY better, no offence,

and yes, I guss I'll admit I am about 15 pounds over weight, but what do you care? You guys will never se me, lol
