"project runway" should'n't be a guilty pleasure =) It's a reality show, sure, but it actually highlights real talent. Reality shows that showcase absolutely no talent should be considered guilty pleasures. That said, mine is "Laguna Beach."

I easily love airborne dirt and dirt and Nip/Tuck! yet I even have been generic to observe the "occasional" (wink wink) episode of us of a of america's Funniest residing house movies, LOL! i comprehend, cheesy cheesy, yet i like it.
