The song is called the last kiss it was origianlly done in the 50's or 60's by frank j wilson and was covered in the late 90's by pearl jam!!!!!!!

Pearl Jam most recently sang this song, however, it IS a remake of the song that I THINK was originally done back in the '60s.

It's Last Kiss -- Nirvana did a version, but it's a pretty old song. I am sure there are lots of people who have done it.
