My computer with my iTunes music library recently crashed on me. I have an iTunes account, so I want to know if I can get my music back to install on another computer?

I doubt it, to me they don't have enough of a music library. Try WnMx, their fabulous with thousands of music downloads from anyone or so it seems. I've been pretty happy with them for the last 5yrs.

Your library is stored on your computer only. if you re-formatted your hard drive you are out of luck.

You should be able too by getting a new name and password. Just start all over.
