Number 6 is Glen Campbell. Number 8: Released on the Blue Hawaii soundtrack LP (1961). Later on the LP's Elvis A Legendary Performer Vol.2 (1976) and Mahalo from Elvis (1976). An alternate take (3) was released on the soundtrack CD (1997)
