You know, like you get real mad and start yellin' and throwin' red Jell-O at things and stompin' real hard and takin' the lord's name in vain and then you hear a knock at the door and you go answer it and it turns out to be the police and the officer says "we received a noise complaint and susect domestic violence" and you make up something like "no sir, officer, I just got a new TV and the controller for it is very complex and the instructions are in Japanese and I got it to turn up real loud but I couldn't figure out how to turn it down and it was stuck on this show where dysfunctional people are yelling at each other, it won't happen again, would you like some coffee?" and he says "no thanks" and gives you a warning and then leaves and you just sit and fume and wonder about the nosey neighbor that called the cops on you and you get all angry again but you don't make noise this time 'cause you're scared they'll take you to jail and you hold it all inside and feel like a timebomb?

im having a rough day here at work, i don't know if it's the weather or what -- but this month, i have gotten so many disputes and complaints from clients, frustrations from uncooperative co-workers, i get constant migraines and im on the verge of quitting. (but i can't because of school). im a people pleaser, i cannot just NOT care. the good part of the day is im going out with my friends tonight, so that releases some steam.

how about you? are you having a rough day? would you like to share yours? it's a lot easier if you vent it out, even to people you don't know but willing to listen.
