They were very different and around at different times (TT were early 90's and the SP later on).

I would say Take That cos I was 12 and a mad fan of theirs but if I'd been 12 when the spice girls came out I'd probably have loved them but I wasn't, I was 16 and smoking pot listening to grunge!

They were bothe churned out manufactured bands so very little between them talent wise as both had the same managers and producers!

I think the OP means Brit (British) Pop band not Britpop as theres a space between brit and pop.

Spice Girls were way better. Although I regret it now, I bought their album in 1997. Take That suck ***, anyway.
