Yes, whataburger. When I was younger like 16. It was great! It kept me busy (workaholic, stay out of the house) paid me money, gave me 2 days off. It was the best job I could've had back then. It was much easier than babysitting, less responsibility, and it improved my networking skills. People from other bussiness' would offer me jobs because of my personality and dedication. I moved up rapidly, received raises on a reg. basis. You just have to choose to see the positive. Now, I did work (try to work) at a couple of others like taco bell and burger street, but taco bell was boring (you do just one thing all day long) and burger street believed in yelling at their employees to get them to act right. So, each place is different, and once you find your niche, your good to go. By all means, you don't have to stop there, or become a GM, you can always find a 'better' job, but some people absolutely love being a manager of a fast food restuarant. The customers can treat you like crap, but just put your self in their shoes, you would want your food right too. Sometimes i think the pride is gone in those that work at a fast food restuarant. Heck, at least you have a job, and I for one am gratful others still want to serve the general public. Depends all on your outlook.

I worked at Long John Silver's for about a year. What a long year! Working the register was a piece of cake, but the seafood odor and grease smell that was on my uniform every day was almost unbearable!

Yes I did. It was awful. I worked at Taco Bell for 1 month. I hated it! I had to wear a dorky hat, purple polo, and black high water pants. Go there and check it out. All the workers will fit this description.
