It was many years ago since the embarrassing day when a young woman, with a baby in her arms, entered his butcher shop and confronted him with the news that the baby was his and asked what was he going to do about it? Finally he offered to provide her with free meat until the boy was 16. She agreed.
He had been counting the years off on his calendar, and one day the teenager, who had been collecting the meat each week, came into the shop and said, "I'll be 16 tomorrow."
"I know," said the butcher with a smile, "I've been counting too, tell your mother, when you take this parcel of meat home, that it is the last free meat she'll get, and watch the expression on her face."
When the boy arrived home he told his mother.
The woman nodded and said, "Son, go back to the butcher and tell him I have also had free bread, free milk, and free groceries for the last 16 years and watch the expression on his face!"

it is a older movie about a orphaned boy who ends up in a small town and pretends to be deaf, and he stays in a storeroom and works for the owner and for years he listens to all the people and at the end he tells everyone what he's heard. His Mother left him, I think at a bus stop or he got left on the bus. it's driving me crazy!

There's a song that comes up in the last episode of Chobit's... right after Chi finally comes around, releases the program, and is reunited with Hideki. As it is playing, the other Persocoms "wake up" one by one; Yuzuki tells Minoru that the voice sounds "kinder and warm"; and Dita blushes by Zima.

It begins slow-ish but the pace picks up and it becomes quite upbeat.

This are the only lines that I picked up
"Ano hito konno machi ga suki
Ano hito konno ame ga suki..."
(something like that)

Does anyone know the name of this song?? It's a very nice song but I can't find it anywhere!
