Mine was either the 2nd or the 3rd. The one where the trees come out of the forest. And my FAVOURITE charactors have to be Gandolf (I totally burst into tears when he fell) and the trees! Yeah! I was rooting for the trees!

The 3rd (Return of the King). Though, my favorite characters are Legolas (not because he's hot), Gandalf (I always liked him anyway), Gollum/Smeagol (aye, the insanity was amazingly shown, and every part of who he is), Aragorn (he's kingly and...well tasty.) So yeah, I love these movies, they were the best done in so long...and few movies compare with them. Anyways, I love all the other characters too. They were well done...especially Gollum/Smeagol.

Mine is the second, with the third coming in second. My fav characters are Elrond and Haldir. Haldir was the elf that dies at the battle of Helms Deep in Aragorns arms.

The 2 towers, they really built up the tension before the batle at helms deep. King Theoden of Rohan was the best character.

mine is also 3rd one cuz it was the more amazing and I think the directorship was better. I love the battle with elephends. and my fav. charactor is Aragon.

3rd one cause it had more action and stuff. Legolas cause he rocks and is so cool. Also a very pretty elf, Orlando rules!
