is it safe to download ?

Spiderman 3 is not yet released till next year. About that Limewire thing, i dont think you should download that. Because you know, *virus* might be inside it.

I'd say no, as they're not even done w/ the movie yet. It's in post-production now, so, even if that is the movie and not 700mb of viruses, it won't be a very good version of it, with unfinished special effects, rough cuts, etc.
probably some other movie, though. someone just put it up and mislabeled it, so it would get more downloads.

That's what I like to call "bullshit". It's most likely spiderman 2 or 1 or a virus of some sort. If your really curious to see what it is, download it and come back and tell us what it was.

I don't think so,It is said that Sam Raimi isn't even finished filming yet. They are targeting for a May 4 2007 release

i dont think its safe to download it cause the movie isnt going 2 be out till may 07'. i think u should just wait till next year.. its a long wait but its safer that way. k, good luck with that
