I want to read it, i saw the anime and it ends badly, and i dont know if the mangas already here or not, im guessing with not, so i want to know when it comes.

I heard this song on the radio but I don’t know the name of the song. All that I remember was a few short phrases,"You stop your dancing" , "Your time will come", and "Don't look so sad when the sky is perfect blue" . The Artist sounded like it could be a male or a female with a voice like Cher or Eurythmics. Can someone help me with the Artist name and the title of the song ?
