Beautiful is a very subjective term!
The first thing that comes to mind is litteral spectical, for which I guess Dr. Zhivago, My Fair Lady, What Dreams May Come, Wizard of OZ, Hatari
If you mean emotionally or metaphorically, well Dr. Zhivago still fits that list, as does What Dreams May Come, beleive it or not Kill Bill I and II would make the list, because it's got an emotional message, Shrek, Rocky, To HAve and Have Not, Cassablanca, When Harry Met Sally, It's a Wonderful Life, The Great Race, Cathy Tipple, Somewhere in Time, An American President, Titanic
If you mean cinematically, Treasure of the Sierra Madre, Dr. Strangelove (Yeah I rate that over 2001), Cassablanca, Sparticus, His Girl Friday, The Paper, It's a Wonderful Life, Arsenic and Old Lace, Run Silent Run Deep, Das Boot, Cries and Whispers, The Silence, I Vetolinni (Yeah, I rate that over La Strada), The Gold Rush (Yeah, I rate that over Modern Times), Silverado (Yeah, I rate that over the original Stagecoach), Some Like It Hot, Falling Down, Bullit, Dirty Hairy, The Good, The Bad and the Ugly
If you mean from addiction, Speed, Under Seige, Chronicles of Riddick, Aliens, Star Wars, Preditor, Star Trek 3 the Voyage Home, Replacement Killers, Ballistic, 3 day of the Condor, Sneakers, Time Cop, Leathal Weapon, Stargate, Godizilla (the Emmerick version), Ghostbusters. 48 Hours

Akira Kurosawa's Dream is a visual feast for the eyes, his use of color, costumes and settings are stunning as he presents stories that follows dreams images, through different times of life. Some are a little spooky, while others are breath-taking. If you've never seen it and are not immediately turned off by foreign films or subtitles, i would recommend renting it.

I haven't seen those three, but as silly as it sounds, Ultra Violet is my new favorite beautiful movie. The fights are like ballet dances, the architecture etc is fantastic, the way they shoot everything to make it look beautiful... The plot is typical action fare, but if you just watch it, it really catches and amuses the eye.

Casablanca for its cliche and romantic plot. (Casablanca is the origin of all cliches)
Breakfast at Tiffany's for its classy characters with a good balance of comedy and drama.
Crash for its realistic portrayl of the current world and human mindset.
Titanic for its Romeo and Juliet plot.
Moulin Rouge. Everything is gorgeous in that movie.
