I am white, officialy British, although I would say English, nominaly Christian, CofE but in reality very agnostic.
All the Poles, Russians, Ukrainians and Italians I have so far met have all been aslo white, nominally christian. As have most of the Scotts and Welsh. Yet negative comments about any of these by someone like me would be called racist by most people not what it really is nationalistic.

I'm asking in reference to the Morrissey song of the same title. A friend of mine says it's the English way of saying you're going to kick someone's butt. This doesn't make sense to me, but my friend is English, so i'm looking for a second opinion to settle this.
