There's a video on the net of a guy who put on 155 t-shirts over one another at the same time, breaking a Guiness World Record and also adding 100 lbs. to his frame.

I believe her name was Lisa. She fell head-first and kept slipping deeper and deeper as they tried to rescue her. Lots of large machinery was brought in as they dug down beside the well. When they finally reached her, she was dead. This incident happened 40-55 years ago.
