I was curious as to how many, what is the percentage, of people who smoke that work in the Tobacco Industry?

Your question: What percent of people (presumably in entire world) who smoke, also work in Tobacco Industry & I imagine this will vary around the world

Opposite question: Of the people who work in the Tobacco industry, what percentage of them smoke? How does this vary from the world as a whole ... is the density of tobacco smokers higher or lower in the tobacco industry?

Same kind of question with illegal drugs: In the criminal underworld of drug dealing, what percentage of the dealers smoke the product they pushing? Is that higher or lower than the population as a whole?

Detail: Many companies, for insurance, government regulation, and other reasons, have initiated efforts to try to ban smoking in the work place. Does this include Tobacco industry companies?

I guess you're speaking of "the seven dwarves," or those who went on record before a government committee in the US as declaring their absolute knowledge that tobacco is non-addictive.

I would guess that none of them smoke cigarettes, though a couple may have a cigar now and then. The management, as you put it, knows exactly the number and type of additives put in cigarettes to boost the effect of tobacco... and they have been told time and again by chemists that such-and-such an additive might not be a great idea. They add them anyway because the additive proves to "enhance flavor" or "slow down/speed up" the burning of a cigarette, or any of a number of pathetic reasons.

That's my two cents in.
