his favorite lie was about a boy named peter who had a pet peacock with a ten foot tail. peter wore a golden robe that glittered so brightly that when he walked through th sun flowers they turned away from the sun to face him. when peter was ready to sleep the peacock spread his magnificent tail enfolding the boy gently like a closing go-to-sleep flower burying him in the gloriously iridescent rustling vortex.

Who knows the next line or what do you think the next line or lines should be? What else do you know about this rhyme? Who wrote it and when? What do you think it means? Is it intended for children? Was it a secret code for someone or something to be done at some time? What is the significance of the time clock reference? I just woke up this morning with this rhyme on my mind and so here it is as a question looking for an answer for the mouse. Anything you know about it would be appreciated.
