Theoretically you would some how get to another smaller parallel universe, travel a smaller distance in that universe and somehow come back to the normal universe. If you've read A Wrinkle in Time, it's kind of like that.( I personally think this is stupid because to do this we would have to rip a hole in reality)
It's not really black, we just say it's black because no light is coming out of it. It's not reflecting any light.

A wormhole is a thing in the universe that may allow you to travel in time. It is basically a short cut threw time.
A black hole is black because the gravitational pull is so strong, light cant even escape it so there isnt any light that you can see it with.
Our universe is infinantly long, it will be going on forever
the only way possible, even in theory, to travel the speed of light would be to use a wormhole, but thats cheating
