Of course, there are many other "meanies" out there, many of whom do not go by the title of "President."
Dear Leader Kim Jung Il (Democratic People's Republic of North Korea)
Fidel Castro (Cuba)
King Abdullah (Saudi Arabia)
In any rational list of the world's "meanest" leaders, President Bush wouldn't even make the top 100.
Anyone who thinks Bush should be at the top of that list should try living under the rule of one of the other despots on this list.

I would say Bush, but MR is a pretty good excuse. He doesn't know any better. So instead I will have to go with Andrew Jackson.

Pick just about any of your typical African dictaorship and you would probably be right. How can you starve your own people while you live in luxury?
