Studying Abroad

I'm 14, entering high school this year, and am very interested in exchange studies to Japan. I need some sort of sponsorship or scholorship, though, or else I can't go. What kind of companies would be willing to sponsor a single individual? Or, should I just take shots in the dark and start asking companies and businesses in my area?
