Hey I'm doing a project due in two days and I need to find a speech or long quote, or loads and loads of small quotes by Daniel Boone to make up most of my presentation. Preferably a speech though. If anyone can find any or knows of any, please either copy and paste it to your answer or send me the website where I can find it. I need your help!

A VALENTINE
For her this rhyme is penned, whose luminous eyes,
Brightly expressive as the twins of Laeda,
Shall find her own sweet name, that, nestling lies
Upon the page, enwrapped from every reader.
Search narrowly the lines! -- they hold a treasure
Divine -- a talisman -- an amulet
That must be worn at heart. Search well the measure --
The words -- the syllables! Do not forget
The trivialest point, or you may lose your labor!
And yet there is in this no Gordian knot
Which one might not undo without a sabre,
If one could merely comprehend the plot.
Enwritten upon the leaf where now are peering
Eyes scintillating soul, there lie perdus
Three eloquent words oft uttered in the hearing
Of poets, by poets -- as the name is a poet's, too.
Its letters, although naturally lying
Like the knight Pinto -- Mendez Ferdinando --
Still form a synonym for Truth -- Cease trying!
You will not read the riddle, though you do the best you can do.

The gospels were written in 55 to 80 AD. Paul was converted to Christianity in 34 AD.

Paul strived with all his being to kill off all christians before his conversion.

Paul had this same Zeal when he was converted!!

Paul Was converted before the gospels were written.

Jesus did not necessarily say, Go ye therefore and convert the world, but Paul said this to Matthew Mark Luke and John and highly influenced them to write that Jesus said to do this.

Jesus Himself wanted people to put His words into practice, to live it - not to preach to convert.
He said follow me and my teachings. He did not say to say a sinners prayer to Me(Jesus)thus to be saved, did He ? No, he didn't!!

True Christians simply live it, without being preachy, and without judging other people.

Jesus Himself said, Judge Not!!

Never are we to judge, criticize and condemn others.

Any feedback from the religious christians and non religious is more than welcomed. Will the religious judge?

has anyone ever told you how beautiful you are?
so beautiful and here you are with me.

from the very first I noticed, you are God's gift to of of us,
and holder of a very special key.

do people try to stop you, just to say "I love you".
you spread love with every step you take.

has anyone ever mentioned, you're a beautiful work of art?
you filled the empty chambers in my heart.

you mean no one's ever whispered,"You're nothing less than a miracle?"
well, "You're nothing less than a miracle" to me.

is it ok to tell you, that just your elegant presence, makes me want to wrap myself in thee.

Inspired by someones earlier answer on my questions.

What are the strangest sayings you have ever heard, what do they mean and where do they come from?

ie:
Put wood in hole! means close the door (I think) & I have no clue where it comes from originally.
